PRODUCT RETURNS
The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal, i.e., return a product, without providing any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt, provided the product is in its original packaging and has not been used.
Defective products will either be repaired or replaced.
To return products under this clause, the Customer must notify the Seller via email at junior@kourtis.gr. The Customer may also send photos of defects or damage to help the Seller respond more efficiently and quickly to resolve the issue.
Conditions for Product Returns
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging. It is understood that the Customer may cut the packaging tape to inspect the product.
- The product must not be damaged by the Customer (changes to the product or packaging that were necessary for inspection are not considered significant).
- The product must not have been used in a way that affects its resale condition (intact labels, protective films, etc.) — this does not apply to low-quality products.
The returned product must be in the same condition as received by the Customer. Fully assembled high-quality products cannot be returned.- The return must be accompanied by proof of purchase and delivery, as well as a warranty card if provided.
Note: Returns of white goods (e.g., sheets, blankets, pillows, mattress protectors, etc.) with opened packaging will not be accepted.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse products returned by the Customer if the return procedure outlined in this clause is not followed.
Return Procedure
The Customer may deliver the products themselves.
If the Customer cannot return the products personally, the Seller will arrange to collect the products and replace them with similar suitable items.
If the Seller does not have similar products, they will refund the Customer for the purchased product(s).
The Seller must refund the Customer within fourteen (14) days from receiving the cancellation request.
The Seller may withhold the refund if the products or proof of return are not received within fourteen (14) days of being notified of the cancellation.
Returns and exchanges are processed according to the Terms in effect at the time the Customer expressed the intention to return or exchange the products.
